This tincture helps me in several ways. First, I take one dropper full in the evening and I have no problem falling asleep, and I wake in the morning feeling rested. Secondly, it helps prevent joint aches. I work on my feet all day and since I started taking H-empirical CBD, my joints are not nearly as achy. I am able to work longer during the day, which makes a difference in my paycheck! Another great benefit I have experienced is that I no longer have high anxiety/panic attacks from over stressing. And, I really like the combination of lemon-lime turmeric and cinnamon. This is a great product and I highly recommend!
